Private Wellbeing Advisor for Founders, CEOs, Executives & Public Figures
Two decisions.
One destination:
a life that actually feels good.
Private, one-to-one wellbeing support for high performers who know that something needs to change and are ready to do something about it.
A conversation that goes where most support never reaches.
When you are watched, measured and expected to perform, the pressure continues long after everyone else has stopped looking.
Every conversation begins where you are. With whatever is present in that moment: what’s weighing on you, what’s come up, what you haven’t been able to say to anyone else. From there, the work goes deeper. To wherever it needs to go.
Most people describe a moment, sometimes in the conversation, sometimes hours later, where something releases. It can be surprising in its intensity. And then, almost immediately, there is relief. A lightness. Something has shifted. They can feel it, even if they can’t fully name it.
The change doesn’t stay inside the sessions. It comes home with you. Into the room where you lead. Into the relationships that have felt the cost of all of this the most. Into the decisions you make differently, without knowing quite why, because something underneath has changed.
Most clients can’t fully explain what changed. They just know that something has.
And so does everyone around them.
There is something that happens when a person finally says the thing they have never said aloud to anyone.
This is where the rubber meets the road. Together, we uncover what has really been going on, keep what you need and clear out the rest.
That moment requires trust that cannot be rushed and cannot be manufactured. It arrives differently for everyone. But it always arrives.
This is why the relationship matters as much as the work. In thirty-three years, it has never been one without the other.
Two ways to commit. Both are right.
I work with a small number of clients at a time as my work is relational, not transactional. You receive my full presence and the depth of support that creates meaningful, long lasting results.
Both are a genuine commitment to the work, and to the fact that you’re ready for real change. What differs is pace, and that’s your choice, based on everything you’re already juggling in life and work. The three-month intensive moves fast: weekly sessions focused on what’s most urgent, the things that can’t wait. The twelve-month advisory moves at the pace of your actual life changing, not just a crisis point being resolved.
When we talk, there is no pitch and no pressure. It is simply a private conversation to understand what is happening, what you want to change and whether working together is the right next step for us both.
Pricing is discussed privately during our initial conversation once I understand what’s happening for you and which engagement would suit your needs best.
The goal is never just to feel better.
It is to actually live differently.
Something may shift in our very first conversation. Something you have carried for years may take several weeks to release. There is no script or set timeline. I work with you as an individual and respond to what you need as we go.
What twelve months provides is certainty. The certainty of having support in place before a crisis arrives, during a breakthrough, after a win, and in all the ordinary moments in between that quietly shape everything else.
The clients who choose a year don’t choose it because they expect it to take that long. They choose it because they are done doing this halfway. Because they want the changes to last. Because they want someone alongside them not just for the hard parts, but for the moments when what they came here hoping for actually arrives.
That is what I look forward to most. Not just an imminent crisis resolved or a long-standing pattern broken, though both are sensational to see. The moment a client walks into a session and tells me that the thing they wanted is real now. That it has arrived. That their life actually feels the way they always hoped it might.
That is what we are building toward. Together.
The clients who come for a year don’t wait until something breaks. They want an advisor they can reach when the pressure builds. Not after it has already cost them something.
The breakthroughs, the setbacks, the decisions that can’t wait, the quiet weeks and the ones that take everything. A sustained relationship holds all of it. Not just the sessions on the calendar.
At a certain level, life can become genuinely lonely. The higher you rise, the fewer people understand what it costs. A sustained advisory relationship means having someone who does.
On-location
When being there in person matters.
For those who want in-person support, or who are navigating a moment that calls for physical presence.
On-location engagements are available globally.
Hotel suites, touring environments, remote wilderness properties, private residences and event locations across Australia and internationally. Wherever you are. Thirty-three years of being in the room when it matters most.
In-person support is arranged privately and subject to availability. Travel and associated expenses are covered by the client.
On-location support is subject to availability and should be arranged with as much notice as possible. Urgent requests will always be considered.
There is no set path. This work is shaped around you.
Whoever finds their way here arrives carrying something different. The exhaustion that goes deeper than tired. The anxiety that has become the background noise of every day. The life that looks right from the outside and feels hollow from the inside. The version of themselves they have almost stopped believing in.
There is no fixed programme, destination or single outcome applied to everyone.
I bring thirty-three years of experience working privately with people who have reached their limit, or who are ready to shift gears and raise their already high standards again.
My clients are rarely competing with anyone else. Their greatest pressure comes from within: to grow, create, achieve, better themselves and make a meaningful difference in the world around them.
Wherever you arrive, the work begins there.
Whatever you’re carrying, and however long you’ve been carrying it, we begin with the outcome you truly want to feel or create.
A note on professional care
Some people who work with me are already supported by a doctor, psychologist or other professional. That is completely fine. This work sits alongside existing care. It is not a substitute for clinical treatment.

Private Wellbeing Advisory
FAQ
The questions people most often want answered before we speak.
What is a Private Wellbeing Advisor, exactly?
A whole-person relationship, not a fix for one isolated issue, whether what's showing up is success that costs more than it shows, or the aftermath of something that's fallen apart: a business collapse, a divorce, a loss or grief no one else sees the size of. I listen to the real story behind it, one-on-one, because what's driving it is rarely separate from your career, your health, or the people around you.
Is this the same as executive coaching?
Over the years I've been called a coach, a mentor, an advisor, depending on who's asking. What I actually work with is the human first, the executive second. Whatever you're facing, a boardroom problem or something that has nothing to do with the business at all, we start from who you are underneath the title, and work toward whatever outcome actually fits your life, not a generic playbook. For 33 years I worked directly with general managers running some of the world's biggest hotel chains, and I built and led my own team as a founder, so I understand that weight firsthand even though I was never sitting in the executive chair myself.
Is this confidential from my company or board?
Yes, entirely. What's said between us stays between us. Nothing goes back to your company, your board, or anyone else. There's no team behind me. No assistant. No gatekeeper. You reach me directly, every time, and that's the only way this runs.
Why do I feel unhappy or empty even though I've achieved so much?
Achievement was never built to answer that question. You can hit every marker of success and still feel like something's missing. That doesn't mean you're ungrateful, it means the same drive that built your success is the very thing holding you back from how you really want to feel, and your next evolution of growth. That gap is where this work actually starts.
Do you work with public figures or high-profile clients?
Yes, I've worked with many high-profile celebrities, VIPs, royalty, professionals, and public figures over the years, with NDAs in place by request.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If your life looks great from the outside but doesn't feel the same on the inside, regardless of what's actually going on for you, you're in the right place. Let's talk, you can run your questions, concerns, or hesitations past me, and by the end of our call you'll know if it's right.
How long does this typically take?
There's no single answer, and anyone who gives you one hasn't done this long enough to know better. Most engagements run three months or longer, depending on what's being worked through. You'll likely feel something shift early, but what actually lasts takes real time: long enough for real results to actually hold, not just show up and fade.
What does this cost?
I don't publish rates. The best starting point is a direct conversation, so I can understand your specific needs and requirements, and put together the right engagement for you.
Is this covered by health insurance?
No. This isn't a clinically billed service, so it doesn't run through insurance. Every engagement is a private, direct arrangement between us.
Can this be billed through my company?
Yes. You can arrange this as a business expense rather than a personal one, invoiced the same way any other advisory engagement would be. Whether it's deductible for your specific business is a question for your accountant, not me, since that depends on your structure and jurisdiction.
Can I do this alongside a therapist, GP, or other professional support I already have in place?
Yes, often. This doesn't replace clinical or medical care, and it isn't a substitute for whatever else you already have in place. It sits alongside it, private and focused on all of you, not just aspects, not on a diagnosis.
Do you work in person or remotely?
Both. Sessions run over Zoom or on location, depending on what you need and where you are. Discretion works the same either way.
Not sure where to start?
Start with the assessment.
If you’re not ready to reach out directly, the assessment gives you a clear, private picture of exactly where you are right now, and what is possible from here. It takes 7 minutes. It costs nothing. It may well help you understand something you haven’t been able to name.
