1. Who I Am (and Who I’m Not)
Kym Power is a Private Wellbeing Advisor with more than 30 years of experience working with high-performing individuals. She is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counsellor or licensed mental health professional.
Nothing on this website, or within any engagement including the complimentary Assessment, constitutes medical, psychiatric, legal or financial advice. It is not intended to replace professional advice of any kind.

2. Nature of the Work
The work of a Private Wellbeing Advisor is to support, challenge and facilitate a client’s own self-reflection, decision-making and planning. It is not therapy. It does not diagnose or provide clinical treatment for mental illness, trauma-related conditions or other clinical conditions.
Services provided through kympower.com are not a substitute for conventional mental health care or medical services and should not be treated as such, particularly if you have been diagnosed with a mental health condition.
3. The Complimentary Assessment
The Private Wellbeing Assessment is an informational tool only. Completing it does not constitute a client relationship, diagnosis or professional recommendation of any kind.
By completing the Assessment, you confirm that you do so voluntarily. You acknowledge that it is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or other advice, and that its result is provided for personal reflection only.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While every engagement is approached with full commitment to your growth, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your commitment, actions and personal circumstances.
Testimonials and client examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will achieve. You remain responsible for decisions made as a result of using this website or engaging with the work.
5. Limitation of Liability
Use, misuse or non-use of information provided on this website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Kym Power accepts no liability for loss, damage or adverse outcomes arising from use of this website, the complimentary Assessment or an engagement entered into.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Your Responsibility
By engaging with kympower.com, including completing the complimentary Assessment, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, that you understand these terms and that you accept responsibility for how you act on information or guidance provided.
You also confirm that you are over 18 and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Client information is treated as strictly confidential. No client information is shared without appropriate consent except where required or authorised by law or where necessary to address a serious threat to life, health or safety.
This commitment extends to the fact of an engagement itself. Who you are and the nature of the work are not disclosed for publicity or marketing without your permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts and handled in accordance with applicable Australian law.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will appear on this page.
